At La Rouge Hair and Spa we wanted to take this opportunity to wish all you a Happy New Year 2021.
We all know the kind of turmoil the year 2020 brought upon all of us. It turned our lives upside down and we have heard so many stories from our dear clients about the hardships they have had to go through. Even though we are not quite out of the woods yet we are very excited and look forward to 2021, there is light at the end of the tunnel. We wanted to ask our dear clients if they are ready for a Hair Transformation in 2021?
Let’s put 2020 behind us and start 2021 with a bang. We miss every single one of you and can’t wait to eventually see all of your faces again.
What have we been up to?
We have been following every check mark on the covid safety list to ensure the safety and security of our clients and employees and we are proud to say that we have been successful. We have been operating successfully in a safe manner for months are have delivered exceptional results for our dear clients.
Sometimes our clients will go out of their way to send us a little note which really brightens our days. Here is an example of a Thank You note we received recently.

It’s always the little details in life that matters and we like to think that this is precisely what makes us stand out. We strive hard to bring joy and smile every time a client takes a look in the mirror and sees their latest haircut, color, highlight, or hair treatment. If the client is completely satisfied than we know we have done our job. After all what better way to run a business than putting all your focus and energy on the customer, and that is what we do.
Exciting Plans coming in 2021
We have been planning on and looking at different avenues to bring comfort and extend our customer service to our clients. Hence, we are in the process of expanding our website and incorporating an E-commerce section to be able to offer all of our great brands and products such as Kerastase, Kevin Murphy, Davines etc to our clients. Our plan is to offer special promotions and customer loyalty discounts to all of our clients so they can take advantage from the comfort of their homes.
